On Tuesday, two new sloths started working at StoryChief. One of them is an experienced sales rep who will begin as an outbound SDR. The other one is a junior starting as Inside Sales with a lot of on-floor learning to do.
The rest of the sloth team is already helping them understand all the processes and the company as a whole. At the end of their short week, there even is a drink scheduled!
Afterward, the two will continue to learn, by shadowing others. Furthermore, they will learn how to use all the tools in order to become great salespeople at StoryChief.
To conclude, our new sloths will be guided through their first weeks so they’ll become part of our pack of sloths.
